1. Introduction

Welcome to One Fitness. By accessing our facility at 13 Mosque Road, Bengaluru, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Access

• Members must be at least 16 years of age. Minors require written consent from a parent or guardian.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a membership for violation of gym rules.

3. Health & Safety Waiver

By joining One Fitness, you acknowledge that engaging in physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury, illness, or damage to your property. You are advised to consult a physician before beginning any new fitness regimen.

4. Gym Rules & Etiquette

• Appropriate athletic attire and clean closed-toe shoes are required at all times.
• Please wipe down equipment after use.
• Re-rack your weights and return all equipment to its designated place.
• Respect other members and staff. Harassment or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.

5. Payments & Cancellations

All membership fees are to be paid in advance. For monthly rolling contracts, a 30-day cancellation notice is required. Prepaid memberships (e.g., 3-month, 12-month) are strictly non-refundable.
